Drug interactions
Two ingredients in this formula need medical clearance. St. John’s Wort induces liver enzymes and reduces the effectiveness of many prescription medicines, including antidepressants, hormonal contraceptives, blood thinners, and transplant, HIV and cancer drugs. Ginkgo biloba can add to the effect of blood thinners. Vinpocetine is not advised for anyone who is or may become pregnant.
